All orders are non-refundable once placed and successfully processed. We do not offer refunds for any products under any circumstances, except where required under applicable law.
Returns (Eligible Cases Only)
Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The item received is defective or damaged, or
- The item delivered is incorrect
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
